As a facilitator it is my job to design a process that has a clearly understood purpose.
In every group facilitation, my goal is to ensure that everyone feels safe, respected, and engaged. Every voice counts and there is no such thing as a stupid question.
I do not need to be an expert in your field to work with your people. The group are the experts in their field while my job, as an independent facilitator, is to focus on the group dynamics and decision-making processes.
